28TH MARCH 2025

So on 18/03/25 we installed the next part of our boundary fence, up to the edging stones that mark the rest of the boundary between our land and the Boars Head (more about our legal boundary on the main page).

Terry had left a car parked on the Boars Head land whilst he went on holiday (he has always left a car (or cars) 24/7 to purposely obstruct us from installing the boundary fence, that we are legally entitled to reinstate, again see main page). We allowed provision for him to get his car out (hence the reason we couldn’t install the rest of the fence up to the garage at this moment in time).

We also installed emergency lighting down the fence to light this area of the drive as it is our Fire Exit route, and we put a notice up to explain about the fence. We think you’ll agree it makes the drive a lot tidier, safer, and it is going to improve our security and privacy.

We also replaced the sign on the front of our driveway (the one that Terry keeps deliberately damaging either by throwing to the ground, across the footpath, or driving over). Let’s see how long this one lasts!

Anyway, fast forward to 24/03 when Terry returns from his lovely holiday in Las Vegas. Obviously he was not happy, reading the notice numerous times and photographing everything. We were out at the time and on our way back, but got notification on the cameras that he was there. He hung around, looking a bit lost, but when we returned he perked up, happy that at last he had someone he could try to provoke a reaction out of and then play victim (like he has done before, see main page). However, much to his disappointment, we ignored him, except for saying “Read the notice” when he questioned us. He then started saying the usual “I told you, all this is coming down” (referring to the dressing rooms, our shed, and fences like before). We ignored him again, went inside, and left him out there! He left a short while later, and we didn’t see him until 6pm the following day (25th). He came up in the black Fiesta, and purposely parked it at the top of the drive out of spite, blocking the right of way, our Fire Exit, and route to the Stage Door.

Now if we go back to the last update in February (when we had the temporary water pipe fitted), Terry continuously complained about it, and we’ve since found out that one of the reasons he complained was that it was “a trip hazard” (even when it was running underneath a fence (!), and he also said that his “disabled tenant has to climb over it”. (We spoke to his tenant and offered to cover the pipe, but he said it was fine as it was). Well now his tenant has to climb over a Ford Fiesta (or at least, squeeze through a 20inch gap).

This proves that Terry cares about nobody except himself. He doesn’t even care about his own tenant.

The Fiesta remains where he left it (today being 28th March), and since it has been left there, we have not seen any sign of Terry at all. Just a thought though, it does prove that he doesn’t have to come up here multiple times a day (sometimes up to 8 times) to pointlessly shift his cars around as he is prepared to dump them here now and leave them for days.

22ND FEBRUARY 2025

As mentioned in our last update back in December, things have been reasonably quiet, aside from a few odd incidents. However, since then, Terry has once again upped his harassment and bullying, not always to us now, but to anyone associated with us, and in some cases, complete strangers. So, starting from mid December, here is the latest!

• The council received yet another complaint from Terry about us, on the matter of 'surface water' on our yard. Considering it rains for long periods of time here in Wales, this is a regular occurrence and besides, it is none of his business.
  

• Throughout pantomime, Terry continually blocked the drive (our fire point and fire exit route) to undertake his random, unnecessary wanderings. This happened during almost every performance, and on Sunday 29th it was twice, to do the exact same thing he had already done less than ten minutes before! See screen recordings of both occasions on 29th and notice the times to see his bizarre actions.

• On 3rd January, we had a visit from a local PCSO regarding an incident in the local area at the end of December. They were wondering if we had seen/heard anything and/or had any CCTV. As the PCSO arrived, Terry turns up in his car and the two exchange pleasantries (!). Once the PCSO starts talking to us, Terry hangs around as much as possible, desperate to find out what is going on. When he has finished wandering the yard as much as he can without arousing suspicion from the PCSO, he then goes behind our shed for a while, and then into his gate. Then believe it or not, he actually climbed back over the wall and into the Credit Union's back garden, ducking down and hiding behind their gate to eavesdrop. He only re-emerged when the PCSO had gone. We weren't aware of him doing this at the time, it was only when Hayley was reviewing the CCTV and writing the diary later that day that we saw what he did. Madness or what?

• On 15th January, we had a rehearsal for Stardreams' production of 'Beauty and the Beast', which is here this April. Terry has blocked the yard numerous times during their rehearsals (and shows, see the main page regarding these issues), however this time, the rehearsal had just ended and people were leaving as Terry came up. Seeing Terry's bizarre wanderings round the yard, one person asked him what he was looking for and if he could help. Terry didn't know what to reply, but when this person tried to walk down the yard, Terry once again reverted back to telling him to 'go that side', saying that 'this is a vehicle route'. The person just shrugged, and walked away. See the video of this incident below.

• In addition to these incidents, it is now becoming a regular occurrence that Terry harasses anyone who walks past the driveway when he is there, either by spreading rumours and lies about us, or if it is someone associated with us, getting right in their face, swearing at them, and threatening to 'punch their lights out' or 'punch their teeth in'. He tells them to continually 'mind their business', asks them what they are doing there (when they are simply walking on the public footpath past the theatre), and brags about the money he has cost us, usually adding on 'they'll lose a lot more soon' or 'it'll be a hundred grand soon'. This behaviour proves he is still out to ruin us, and doesn't care who gets in his way. These incidents are being dealt with by police (dare we hope that they will actually do something about it?), but we will update as necessary.
  

• As you are all aware, Welsh Water have been carrying out works to install new water mains through the town. This has of course created a few hold ups and disruption as would be expected. Having spoken to the workers, we understand what a difficult project this is, and understand that they are only doing their job (and in horrid weather too). Over the last week, the men have had to provide many properties with a temporary water supply. For us here, they needed to get a pipe from the hydrant at the small entrance to the Boars Head (near the telegraph pole) from Collenna Road, up the steps and across our yard to feed into our outside tap. This they did on 18th February with no problem, damage or inconvenience to us or other parties. So along comes Terry.... Here we go. He followed the pipe (literally) from the yard down to the road and back again, noticing that it was feeding the theatre. The next day (19th), he told the workman that he did not want the pipe there and they should move it. He told them they 'needed his permission'. Now considering that the steps belong to the Boars Head (which he does not own), and the yard is ours, he has no say on what is there. That evening, seeing that the water board hadn't 'obeyed' him, Terry turned up in his car and deliberately manoeuvred so that the wheels of the car were sitting directly on the pipe in an attempt to stop the flow of water to the theatre. Luckily, he was unsuccessful. The next evening (20th February), Terry videoed the pipe and then went off to phone the water company to complain yet again (this is after pestering the workmen daily with every excuse under the sun). The next morning (21st), the workmen had to stop work and re-route the pipe across the driveway (covered with ramps) and along the middle fence (more unnecessary delays to the works). Terry then phoned Welsh Water and complained again throughout the day, the latest being when the workmen were on their way home. They had to come back and dig a trench across the drive, covering it with tarmac as the ramps weren't good enough for 'His Royal Highness'. Needless to say, they were not impressed.

• Additionally, Terry has apparently been telling the workmen how we have taken his land, blocked his right of way and harassed him and stopped the Boars Head development (basically the usual slandering). He is also still telling everyone that we are putting nails under his cars / putting nails down (we reiterate that we are not). We're starting to feel sorry for him now, as he is obviously in such dire need of nails that he is desperately trying to find them on the ground. Maybe we should all have a whip-round and buy him some?

Anyway, it is clear that Terry is still intent on his continuation to put us down and blame us for anything he can. This idiot is dangerous, spiteful, vindictive and totally insane. He is (as he said back in 2019) out to ruin us.

14TH DECEMBER 2024

Well, after being quiet for a while (other than the numerous visits and ‘nail walks’ every day (he’s paranoid we’re putting nails down (we’re not), so he obsessively walks the exact same route round the yard every time he comes up, even mere minutes apart), Terry has once again started photographing us and our property. Additionally, it appears he is still spreading rumours about us and the land to anyone he sees at the bottom of the drive (he collared someone for over five minutes the other day, and was continually gesturing to our buildings, cars, and fences).

In the first video, we see Hayley and Jackie unloading some pantomime props and bringing them up to the top of the yard, ready to go inside. Whilst they’re doing so, Terry is doing his usual car shifting, and Hayley and Jackie completely ignore him. Terry then gets out of the green car and waits until Hayley’s back is turned, before taking a photograph of her. Why? No idea.

In the second video, we see one of Terry’s ‘nail walks’, this time late at night, and in the wind and pouring rain (a few hours before Storm Darragh arrived). He then parks the car in front of the Boars Head garage (still on our land), and then takes a photo of either our shed or the Stage Door area (we’re not sure which as the light was bright on the camera), but again why? We’re sure you’ll all agree that this kind of behaviour is a bit odd at the best of times, but on a night like this when he could be in the warm and dry with his family is bizarre to say the least!

Additionally, in another video from a few weeks back, we can see some cast (youngsters) being dropped off at the Stage Door for a show. Terry arrives in his car, and turns into the drive right behind them, and follows them up. You can see the children turn round and speed up as he was revving his engine at them. He then stopped the car on the drive (to do his ‘nail walk’) so people were unable to get up or down. As we have said on the main story, the whole yard is ours, and the side that Terry is driving over is our fire point, fire exit, and route to the Stage Door. He is still blocking it on purpose. This sort of behaviour is unacceptable, and clearly shows that he has no regard for anyone associated with the theatre.

29TH SEPTEMBER 2024

Dan received an Enforcement Order to pay Terry £18,776. For the sake of the theatre and to avoid any further action or hassle, the amount was paid to him on 20th September.

Terry said a couple of weeks ago "I've still got issues with you, so I'm putting a case together to have all of the buildings removed and to get the use of my land back". We believe this is the reason he is behaving the way he is. Here's the CCTV footage of him from today.

17th September 2024

We've been working between the shed and dressing rooms installing a plastic roof under which we will store our chairs to free up space in the dressing rooms. Terry has seen us working over the past two days, hanging around and eavesdropping. Now we've come inside, he has come up and photographed it.
